You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Age Verification: tvjili strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 3.3 Account Suspension and Closure
tvjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has violated these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; (c) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (d) required KYC documents have not been submitted within the prescribed period; or (e) the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Any remaining balance in a suspended or closed account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. tvjili may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee on accounts that remain inactive beyond this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate your account, simply log in to tvjili and complete any prompted identity verification steps.
4.1 Currency
All transactions on the tvjili Platform are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a player initiates a transaction in a different currency (e.g., USDT for crypto deposits), conversion is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and the resulting amount is credited or debited in PHP.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. 4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tvjili account. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
tvjili is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine AML and CTF regulations. Unusual deposit-and-withdrawal patterns, large transactions, and rapid cycling of funds without significant gaming activity will be flagged for review. Third-Party Payment Prohibition: tvjili strictly prohibits deposits from payment accounts not registered in the account holder's name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 Internal Complaints Process

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 11 above.
